Privacy policy
Plain-language privacy terms for the FillItForMe public website and local-first private beta.
Public website
This website is a static information site. It has no account system, contact form, advertising tracker, analytics script, or connection to your private FillItForMe workspace.
Local workspace
The private beta is designed to keep profile answers, job-review state, prepared copy, and application history on your machine. The public website cannot read that information.
Chrome helper
The optional helper works only on a supported application page after you activate it. It handles the visible application labels, options, job identity, current field state, active-tab URL and title, and the profile values or one-application answers you choose to review. It previews matched fields and fills only after explicit review. It does not submit applications or handle CAPTCHAs.
Extension storage and transfer
Profile facts, reviewed values, and short-lived review receipts stay in Chrome storage on your device. If you enable the optional dashboard, its traffic is limited to loopback addresses on the same computer. The helper does not send application data to FillItForMe or another internet service, load remote executable code, use analytics or advertising SDKs, or sell or transfer extension data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
FillItForMe uses information received from Chrome APIs only to provide its operator-reviewed job-application workflow. That use adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Humans do not read extension data unless you intentionally share specific information for support, access is required for security or abuse prevention, or disclosure is required by law.
Retention and controls
Browser-local profile and review data remains until you clear it in the helper, reset the optional local dashboard, or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes the extension's Chrome storage according to Chrome's behavior. FillItForMe does not retain a remote copy of that extension data.
Hosting records
The hosting provider may process ordinary security and delivery records such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser information. FillItForMe does not add its own tracking layer to those records.
Data sales and advertising
FillItForMe does not sell personal information and does not use the public website for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Changes
If the public website later adds accounts, forms, payments, analytics, or cloud synchronization, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
